Fill out the form below and the counseling office will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Your appointment will be a 30 to 60 minute crisis intervention check with a licensed clinician. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturdays, 10am-3pm.
